How to move in

  1. Play a server run. Open /play. The exchange keeps the books: the seed is secret and the cards are dealt each quarter.
  2. Sign in with your wallet. A message signature only. The site never asks for a transaction.
  3. Pass the human check. One Cloudflare Turnstile box before the run.
  4. Build the tallest tower of the day. Peak floors decide it. The earlier finish wins a tie. The day resets at 00:00 UTC.

Free to enter. Holding $TOWER is not required. Team wallets are excluded. When no eligible tower exists, the rent carries over. Full terms: contest rules.

Where the rent comes from

Every $TOWER trade pays a 1% creator fee in BTC. It is split on-chain: 50% to holders, 45% to the treasury, 5% to the Penthouse. Every 15 minutes the keeper sends the Penthouse wallet's balance to today's holder, and lists the transaction below.

Amounts vary with trading and can be zero. Nothing is promised. During the dry run each tick is simulated and logged, not sent, and the rent stays in the Penthouse wallet; the first live tick sends that balance to the holder at that tick. Dry-run ticks are shown in grey and were not sent.
