Holders receive a share of creator fees, paid in BTC every 15 minutes, when there are fees to share. Every payout is listed here with its transaction.
Who is paid
Wallets holding at least 2,000,000 $TOWER at the snapshot. The share of each tick is weighted by balance and by streak, from 1.00× to 2.00× after 7 days:

Selling or sending any $TOWER, or dropping below the threshold, resets the streak. Buying more never does. Pools, the bonding curve, the fee wallets and team wallets are excluded.

Payouts switch on after a devnet rehearsal. Until then each tick is calculated and logged, not sent: each eligible holder's share is added to the owed ledger, and the first live tick pays that backlog.
Fees reach the vaults from the moment the split is locked on the coin page; Pump.fun pays anything earned before that to the creator wallet. Shares too small to send are carried as "owed" and paid once they're worth a transaction. Amounts vary with trading and can be zero.
